Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

RDM is when a player randomly kills another player

jack sees jill and then jill decides to randomly kill jack and that would be classed as rdm.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule (NLR) is when a player returns to the same district he died. They need to wait until the NLR timers ends before they go back to district they died.

bob got killed during a raid on his base by Steve, bob returns to his base and kills steve before NLR timer its over.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

When a player using information for something like a raid in OOC ( Out Of Character)

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

i would warn the accused player for NLR and explain to them what they did wrong. and tell them to not do it again.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

i would give player x a verbal warning and explain to them what they did wrong and tell them to not do it again but if they did metagame again then i would warn them.

Why I should be chosen:
Personally i think that i should be chosen because i am very active again and quite a few times there has only been one or two staff online and there was about 30 f1's because there was just rdmers going aroung killing everyone. I know that i got demoted it wasnt for abuse it was mainly for cdm and now i only drive on server 2 because its a bigger map and i was demoted on deathrun but then i prove myself and i was given a second chance as staff and i didnt blow it so i woulld be really greatful if i could have a second chance at helping out the dark rp servers once again.

Please expand it, considering NLR doesn't only reffer to location, and also it would be recommended to specify the timer.

When a player using information for something like a raid in OOC ( Out Of Character)<-- More of an example then an actual explanation. What kind of information? IC probably. Bear in mind, that players can also give said information in OOC. I'd advise taking a look over the meta rule again.

You must consider which story seems convincing, not jump to conclusions, and also ask player Y first for his reason. If his reason was invalid/ he admits to RDM, a punishment can be enacted without proof required from player X.

What if player X actually RDM-ed player Y and then went to spawn and started attacking him, but player Y kills him in self-defense? Would player Y recieve an unfair warn? Pretty much...

Conclusion.
You used to be a former moderator, back in the time when I was not staff or I was probably just a new mod, hence why I don't remeber much. You are friendly and pretty much got the understanding of rules, but basically you would rush the F1s, if you were to handle them as you stated in your app.
I don't belive you have any recent punishments.
For now I'll remain neutral.
