What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is basically when you are dead and tell the runners that are alive something that helps them continue on. For example saying the door on the left is correct and wont kill you.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would warn him. If he continues to disobey the rules I might kick or even ban him. I will give him reasons why.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I have lots of previous admin experience, as well as I owned a server before. I really like your server, and I've met some very nice people there. I know perfectly how to manage a server and I speak very fluent English. I do have a microphone and I will be active on your servers. I know all the perfect rules of Deathrun and I will warn people that disobey them. I also have great internet connection and a strong PC.

Edit: I also come up early when there are no moderators online. I also see many people breaking rules in that time. So I might be helpful there.
