Suggestion Title: Trial-Mod.

How would it benefit the server:I think it would help for if you think someones app should be denied but they have a few good things maybe you could give them "Trial-Mod" only if you're not sure for your answer. Of course if you think someone's app is good, you can promote them straight to mod, but I think this would help if you have a 50-50 decision

Potential Issues/Exploits: None I can think of.

Additional notes: Good for people with great application, but have 1 or 2 active warns.

If they don't do good you just demote them to user again.
(Give them like 3 days to show they can do the job)


I would like to say I was scared to post this because I want NO hate because it will just lead to arguments.

That is not how it works. If someone has been denied, it is for a reason. We won't hand them a portion of the moderator's commands if they were denied.
