Story - I was walking along, saw someone placed a hit on him, then he blocked himself in like this.

This was proof from nearly a month ago, if you have proof on a player, try to submit it as soon as possible.

Your proof is really old I recommend doing it sooner if you want anything to happen to the people you are reporting nothing will happen in this situation due to the screenshots falling apart from being so old. Anyways thank you for letting us know about this and I will be on the look out for them when I'm on the server but like I said please don't submit things that are really old I don't want to have to download windows 2000 again to view the images.
