TOPIC: I lost my Booster pack money + 500k

I am pretty mad atm. but yea well, i bougth the VIP and the booster pack 2 days ago.
I got my 1mil in the booster pack, and i worked my way up to 500k+ so that would be 1.5mil. Then i logged off for 2 days, and now i wanted to play again, but when i logged in i was not VIP, and i only had starter money (5000) I got in the game as if i was a new player, had to agree to the rules again? I then got logged in again so i got my VIP back. But not my money? Can we do somthing about this pls.

I can vouch for this, the user indeed lose his money.

Without proof theres nothing we can do bud, you could be bluffing for free money for all we know without proof, can't see anything being done about this unfortunately.

Owners should be able to see if there was a payment from him. Should be easy to check if he actually payed.
But forget the 500k. It's not much anyways.
