Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
When player X rdmd 1 or more people, and we( staff) gave him (a) warning(s) and (a) slay(s) and he leaves immediatly without any punishment. I would use the ban command for RDM and leave.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My respond:
Why I should be chosen: I am now a month and some weeks Moderator and understand the working of the slay/warn/mute... perfect. So I think I can promote now to an admin and I am ready for that. I would always be fair to players and love to play on the TTT server with you guys. What annoys me when I am the only staff member online and there are rule breakers I only can slay them and not ban them. I can give you examples when I had to go over to you guys(like: Max, Buzz, Visionz,Tom) to ask to ban them. If I am an admin I can do it myself and don't interrupt you while you are playing other games. I love to help people( actually I cant do that because Visionz takes always the reportsXD) and help the server. I hope I can help you guys with rule breakers!

Extra Information: If you go on GameTracker you can see that I was not playing for 2 weeks, thats because of exams. I hope you understand that and I hope you know I am always an active person.

Your very friendly and active but I personally don't feel your ready for this. I still need to remind you of very basic rules like ghosting, just a few days ago I had to remind you not to talk in admin chat while M.I.A; I would wait a few week and buckle up but I personally dot feel your ready for this.

You handle your reports well from the few which I have seen you doing. (kek, sorry ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) The outcomes of those reports you have made seemed pleasing in my eyes as they seemed justified. You know your commands well and don't always go for the immediate approach, which is also a good trait. Your activity has been restored after your exams and I am pleased that you listened to me previous week when I told you that you should wait a week. You're friendly in-game and you know the rules both as a player and an admin.

On the note what Wallcop has said above, yes Jeros indeed had forgotten that little rule about not being allowed to talk in Admin chat but since then he hasn't done it anymore. This shows that if he gets notified about those little mistakes or notes he can change his behavoir immediatly. Which proves that he's a dynamic Staff member and listens to what his superiors expect from him.

Good mod from what I can remember, application is ok, activity is meh and gametime is good.

I've never seen you fumble on doing reports or asking for help, but hey that might be a recent issue, nontheless it shouldn't matter too much if you make simple mistakes like this, I used to do it along with several other staff members.
