What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when you tell someone something that would help him/her win the round. Example: You and your friend are in a skype call together. You see that one of the deaths has pushed a certain button, you think it would be a great idea to say it to your friend. <--- GHOSTING

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would ask them kindly to stop.

Why I should be chosen: I've had lots of experience (if i say so my self) of being staff, for example: Get-Rekt Deathrun or Hybrid Gaming DarkRP. I've never been demoted nor warned on these servers. I also am online pretty often; about 3 hours per day, maybe less becasue of school or another game. Or even more becasue of holidays or just a day off! Well that's all i have

If your activity doesn't increase by the time the meeting comes, you don't have a chance.

Getting your activity up definitely improves your chances.
You should also explain a bit more on how you would deal with a disrespectful player.

I suggest you apply when you have more gametime.
Your "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" is way too short. Having experience from another deathrun server does not mean you can apply right away for our deathrun servers. There's no need for the rush. I recommend you slow down, get to know the community, and play on our servers for a while. :3
