Ghosting is when a player says the location of a prop or says were to go in deathrun when the player is dead.

I would warn them three times then kick him for exploiting or hacking by skiping the traps.

I should be chosen to moderator because i want to help other admins moderators make the servers more enjoyable and want no one to exploit or hack trough the traps,want to friends to other admins moderators want to help new peaple to know how is the server and how to go the website.

You don't have to include the admin section as you are going for mod.
Another thing is change your title to [Deathrun] Boss Sharks moderator application
You also haven't answer 2 of the moderator application questions.

You need to be a moderator first before you can apply for admin.

Just take the admin stuff out change the title do the 2 other questions and then it should be fine

Instructions have already been given before by my colleagues but you need to apply for moderator, and get accepted before applying for administrator.

You've already done an application for moderator which has been denied last week. You're welcome to make a new application by improving the bad points that made your application being denied.
If you get accepted as moderator and once you'll attempt your first meeting, you will be welcome to make your admin application.

For now, edit that post (and title) and make a moderator application by answering to the right question.

First of all, could you please remove the bold from all the text ? It makes it harder to read, just keep the question in bold. Also, I think you can now remove the ADMIN PROMOTION ONLY part.

Please, improve What is ghosting part. You're not pointing ghosting at all.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player part needs to be fixed. You don't warn three times in a row for one disrespect. There's also no link with hacking and exploiting. Mention the gag/mute/kick command and admin's help.

Why I should be chosen part is a bit short.
We don't know about your warnings.

Gametime and activity are ok.
Application is rushed and needs to be fixed again.

I don't know what more to tell. You've applied last week and it seems like your new application has decreased compared to the last one. Show some interest and try to make something better. Also, your activity and gametime haven't really improved since last time. I still don't know you enough to give any judgment of you and how you act in game.
