Admins dont care about players That lose things they have been saving up for the whole 76 HRS they have been playing. They only give back if their is a crash or glitch not if they cant control their players. Because hey you got RDMED its your fault heres a 1 mil fine because someone RDMED you. Its your own fault you got RDMED you shouldnt have been following the rules! - Admins

Someone gave you 1mil? That was pretty nice of them to say that we don't refund for rule breakers so I'd be pretty happy about it myself. We don't have the man power or the time to refund every single time someone decides to go on a rdm rampage most cases of rule breaking get solved or stopped within mins so it's not a giant problem but it would turn in to one if we stopped staff from doing that and had them handing out refunds. Most of our staff team take it upon themselves to refund people out of their personal items and money so I think they all do a very good job and wouldn't change em.

I personally refund people even if it's rulebreaking, i've went from having 50 mil to 100k in just 1 week, just for giving away for refunds, it's not our fault that someone has broken a rule, it's a player's fault, we only refund under the circumstances of the server crashing, in which case we refund people as an apology because they lost their items because of the crash, but rulebreaking is a player's problem, we can stop rulebreakers but every action has a consequence, our job is to help cleaning the server and not to refund people, if you do get refunded then you should be happy even if it was very small instead of just blabbering and complaining, that an admin was kind enough to share with you some of his personal belongings.
