Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1 after a player repeatedly is breaking rules after being verbaled and warned a few times. 2 Person spawning in items like a back door or hacker. 3 Person breaking rules and having no intent to rp like mass rdming,spaming chat, prop blocking. And only after bing warned and jailed.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
the f1 function opens the Admin center screen allowing to see admin request, warmings, logging, active nlr, and go undercover this can be useful to help who ever needs help and get the right info on a appropriate punishment if needed.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
ignore them or if its a bit extreme ask them to stop and if they continue vberbally warn them that if they continue being abusive then thye will recive a short coms ban as a staff its my role to make sure the sever is free from as much abuse as possiable.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
If they admitiled what they did was wrong and they wont do it again i would consider a accept vote but if there past warns and bands include the same thing multiple times it may be better to leave them ban as prop spamming can cause a sever to lagg, crash and can be harmful to the sever.

I belive i should be promoted because im a active,frendly and non biased staff. And try to cerate a good experience for everyone. During my time on zarp ive followed rules and made a effor to understand them in detail to apply them is different situations. I am also patient and willing to take the time to fully understand both sides of a situation before making any decisions. I treat all players equally and do not let personal bias affect my decisions, which is very important when handling reports or conflicts. I know that being staff is not just about punishing players, but about helping them learn from their mistakes and keeping the server enjoyable and fair. Additionally, I am always willing to learn and improve. I take feedback seriously and use it to become a better staff member. I am committed to being reliable, responding to reports quickly, and supporting both players and other staff members.
