How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I think my previous experiences of admin on numerous of the zarp servers would help me be a Super Admin and i will continue if i get this rank to do the same activities as i did as admin and i will try to perform to the best of my abilities, i have had many of my friends become super admin and i listen to their experiences also

Recently came back to SSRP and applied for admin because i saw the staff list and while i was playing not many of them was active that being the (Admins and Moderators) so i decided to become admin once again after about a year off, since i have gotten admin i have been active on the server for multiple hours a day and doing F1s, to my knowledge the server didnt have many players at all however i do believe my return has been a net positive and encouraged more activity within the server such as PVP ect and some returning players, ive always been active on zarp because its one of my favourite servers
Experience
Thoughout the near enough decade of playing i have experienced staff on numerous of the zarp gaming servers not just ssrp those will include jailbreak , an attempt to get murder mod (i dont remember if i had it or not) , the minecraft server and as of recently classic and thoughout all of these, i have done near enough almost 2000 f1s with almost a decade of playing on the server on and off joining in 2016 and still playing and as active as i am now, ive handled many situations while admin whenever it is the simple rdm or during 2021 helping a former cm with finding cheaters
Trust
I have encouraged players to get on the server because it is active and my activity has been mostly active other than part of the night-time, despite the server not having nearly as many players as before i still stuck around and decided to play and try to encourage rp activities such as PVP, i have had some issues in the past however i have never tried to do anything malicous with the powers i have been given nor mass abused, i have had no complains since i came back staffing or have had any reports on me, in terms of f1s i have been the highest out of the staff during the last couple weeks while admin and my activity has skyrocketed since becoming staff
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
One of the problems as an admin i previously encountered with was cheaters, due to my limited powers as an admin i havent really be of much assistance solo as i would need an SA+ to help me find them, all i can really do is spectate and analyse the situation and send my evidence
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would take no bias in the situation regardless if its a friend or other admin, depending on the situation i would listen to both sides and analyse the report, speak to the staff member who was reported to get their side and depending on the severity of the situation either we can just have a verbal discussion or if its serious i would bring it up in the LT Meeting and ask for other opinions on the matter
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would analyse what the ban is for and i would speak to the staff member who did the ban, i would ask them what the context was with the ban and why they choose that specific time, depending on the situation we can have a talk about and i will decide given the evidence if the ban is valid or it may need some changing whenever it be keeping it the same or lowering it.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff if they needed any help to see if they want me to interfer, depending on the situation if the staff is having issues with a certain rule i will try my best to explain it to them and give my opinion on the matter however if they are having alot of trouble i wouldnt mind taking over and sorting out the situation in a professional manner
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Just like any other admin sit i would handle it roughly the same, i would ask staff member A what rules did staff member B and i would then immediately ask for some sort of evidence whenever its a video or screenshot, depending on the situation it could be just a simple talk between the both of them, regardless i will see the evidence and depending on if its valid or not i will speak to staff member B about their point of view, depending on the severity of the rulebreak it could just be a talking to or if its serious it may cause me to bring it up in the LT Meeting for other opinions, after the situation has ended during the week i may be looking at both staff members to see if anything simular happens again
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Simular to the previous question i would make sure to calm down the situation into a civil discussion and find out the reason why the disrespect happened, i would suggest staff member A to report staff member B and take it to the forums, if its a very hostile environment i will be forced to bring it up in the LT Meeting for the rest of the team to give their opinion on the matter
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I will notice the staff member either by spectate or myself generally rping and i would tell them to stop immediately, depending on the situation it could be something very small i will still tell them to sort and make sure they dont repeat it, continuous rulebreaks could result in me bringing it up in the LT Meeting for more opinions on the matter
