About Me
Outside of ZARP, I’ve had experience running and managing communities. I previously ran a Minecraft server called Alveron, where I handled staff management, rule enforcement, player disputes, and general server operations. I eventually stepped down due to being more busy with other activities, but that experience taught me a lot about leadership, responsibility, and keeping a community running smoothly.
I am also going to college for Computer Engineering, which has helped shape how I approach problems. I tend to think logically, stay calm under pressure, and focus on long term solutions rather than quick reactions. That mindset carries over directly into how I handle staff situations and server decisions.
Traits and Abilities
My time as a Super Administrator has helped me build strong judgment and consistency. I’ve handled a large amount of F1s, long sits, bans, unbans, and situations where I was the only staff online. I’ve learned how to stay calm, avoid rushing punishments, and make sure decisions are fair and justified.
I’m reliable and active, usually online from around 2 PM to 1 AM EST, and I take responsibility seriously. If something needs to be handled, I make sure it gets done properly.
Personality
I’m straightforward, respectful, and easy to approach. I don’t believe in abusing authority or talking down to people, but I’m also not afraid to step in and be firm when needed. I handle disagreements calmly and try to keep things professional at all times.
I care about ZARP’s reputation and the staff team, and I try to lead by example rather than just enforcing rules.
Leadership Experience
As a Super Admin, I regularly support other staff, especially newer admins who may be unsure how to handle situations. I guide them without being harsh and make sure they understand what went wrong instead of just correcting them.
Running my own server in the past also gave me experience dealing with staff issues, conflict resolution, and maintaining consistency. Those responsibilities are very similar to what’s expected from a Head Administrator.
Situations Faced as a Super Administrator
I’ve dealt with mass rule breaking, ban appeals, unbans, and correcting mistakes when situations get hectic. Player disputes have been less common recently due to lower activity, but I’ve still handled a lot of bans, unbans, and fixes to make sure players were treated fairly.
When something is above my authority, I make sure to gather proof, document everything, and pass it up properly instead of letting situations get messy.
Understanding of ZARP Processes
I have a strong understanding of how ZARP operates, including staff hierarchy, escalation procedures, punishment guidelines, and expectations at higher ranks. I understand that Head Administrator is not just an in game role but also involves responsibility behind the scenes, staff discussions, and setting standards for others.
What I Wish to Achieve as Head Administrator
As Head Administrator, I want to help keep staff consistent, professional, and supported. I want to be someone Super Admins and Admins can rely on, and help address staff issues early before they turn into bigger problems.
My goal is to help SSRP stay structured, fair, and enjoyable without unnecessary changes.
Final Thoughts
I wouldn’t be applying for Head Administrator if I didn’t believe I was ready. I’m active, committed to ZARP, and serious about helping the server continue moving in a positive direction. Thank you for taking the time to read my application.
