Languages I speak: English, Danish, Spanish How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I have been staff for a while now, always helping players in need with lots of experience what makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?: I am a part of the living community and plan on being for a while, could be a good time to try and contribute more! Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I always consult LT members regarding loopholes in the SSRP rules followed by my own suggestion for improvent and at the same time making the reporting player feel the situation is handeled accordingly and the reported player being in the loop of the decision making process/ Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I would review the evidence of the report, if the reported players is an Admin+ I would consider letting a higher up handle it, but I would hear both sides and take a verdict in according with the rules and the clear understanding if they were broken and why. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would contact the staff member to understand his thought process and would try to explain to him how his punishment doesn't fit the said rule break. but not undermine him and his decision just polish it a bit if needed/ Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would either let him continue and give him a verdict and my opinion for the way he decided to handle the situation or I would ask in admin chat if he needs help regarding the situation / maybe give him tips at the time of the handeling. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? I would ask for the evidence and details of the report and review them, consult with my fellow staff members and handle the situation with them during the meeting in the weekend, if it's a a serious offence I might proceed to temporarly demote the staff member with approval from the owners. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? Calm the situation down and talk to both of them privatly in attempt to find a peacful ending. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would stop said staff member and tell him he needs to set an example to other players and cannot go around breaking rules while we punish players who do so. he is not exempt of following the rules. |
