Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If someone has no intent to roleplay and is consistently breaking rules a ban for a day or two may be reasonable

2. If Player A did a coinflip with Player B without using the menu and both players have agreed to a set of rules and did a coinflip and Player B decided not to pay that would be a permanent ban for scamming until they pay back

3. if a player came on the server and started to be racist to an extreme, a ban would be put in place after being punished via a mute prior


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

Admin Requests: When users make an f1 the request will pop up here, you can choose to handle, unhandled , close, and teleport to the player, it shows the time it was made which means you can check the exact time of the incident in the logs

Warnings: This section shows the recent warnings that staff has given to players, this will show player's name, the warn reason, and the staff's name

Logging: The main section on the f1 menu, shows logs of the server, it shows kills, arrests, money drops, name changes, and disconnects, it helps in f1s as it shows the times and who kills who.

Active NLR: This shows who has NLR currently on the server, this does not include tac or mummy suits, it shows the district, the users name, and the time remaining



Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would ask them in OOC or in voice to kindly stop and if they kept on continuing I would be forced to mute them, if they continued further punishment would be put in place


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apologies and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would first go on to the appeal and type handling, and then go speak to the staff member who punished the player and speak about the appeal. Depending on the conversation, it is up to the admin who punished the player to accept or deny, after the conversation, I will type one of the following.

1. Accepted
Hello User I have spoken to the admin who punished you and we have decided to unban you, you have made it clear in your appeal that you are sorry. Please make sure you do not do this again as you will be put on the ban list again



2. Denied
Hello, User, I have spoken to the admin that punished you and we have decided that now is not the time for you to be unbanned, although you have put a lot of effort into your appeal we think it is too early for you to be unbanned at this time, i would recommend playing a point shop server to gain some trust.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe I should be promoted to admin again as I am on the server consistently and do not break any rules. I have countless hours on Gmod, which does not include just Zarp. I was staff on multiple servers, including Zarp, and each time I served as staff, I did some good work. This promotion to admin would benefit me, as some commands are very useful, whereas a moderator's lower rank limits my staffing capabilities, such as banning or freezing people with a physgun. Giving me admin would enable me to deal with rule-breakers more fairly and ban those who do not care at all. I believe I have the previous experience and the capability to be a good administrator on the server. I would also be able to handle forum reports when others cannot, and during times when there are rule-breakers, I would be there when admins are not. I also have staff experience on an upcoming server, which is very similar to SSRP, so why not Jits?
