Suggestion Title: Monthly or weekly unban waves

How would it benefit the server: more players

Potential Issues/Exploits: suken and kall might bring too many items back in to the economy?

Additional notes: i think this will be beneficial, especially if we unban cm banned players and cheating bans too, think of how many players will be online!

most active bans are cm bans and scamming and remaining are not permanent

I think it's better to focus the efforts to bring old / new players back than unban people whether they were active or not

Unban waves are a rare exception, not a regular feature. Suggesting monthly or weekly unbans completely undermines the purpose of bans in the first place - which is to enforce rules and protect the server's integrity.

Consistently bringing back banned players on a schedule risks destabilizing the community ecosystem, encouraging repeat offenses, and sending the message that serious rulebreaking has no lasting consequence. Unban waves are unlikely to happen more than once a year - the last one was barely 7 weeks ago (see here).

Additionally, Community Banned players are never eligible for unban waves, regardless of the circumstances.
