Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: 5 or more recent warnings (Repeated minging), Mass RDM/RDA (5+ players), RDM In A Suit (Depending on the circumstances)

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: A very important panel of the F1 menu would be our administrative logs, they help us distinguish actions that happened on the server, from people that could possibly be trying to lie. Another important panel would be the warnings tab to be able to see a players recent warnings! (Bonus: Rapsheet is great to be able to make sure players are attempting to keep a clean record)

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. I would start by chat/voice muting them for 5 minutes for harassment, and if the actions kept going, or became worse, I would have to ban the player / talk to a higher up about what to do.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

I would let the player know that i am handling their report, then go to the staff member that banned the player and have a discussion as to why or why not should the player be unbanned, any additional punishments, warns etc would be handed out according to the ZARP TOU.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe i should be promoted because in my first week on the staff team I have made sure to try and do every F1 i could, maintaining a positive, friendly outlook on the server, not having bias or being rude to people (27 F1s to be exact). With this being said, I believe I can be a more effective staff member with access to more commands, aswell as being able to spectate players. I highly value my time as a ZARP Staff member, and making the server a better place! With this being said, I would like to submit my application to become an administrator for the ZARP staff team!

( I have not attended a meeting yet, I will be attending todays SSRP meeting fully! )
