How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? i would 1st tell them to stop it and if they continued then i would ban the for an amount of time depending

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Ban
if someone is hacking and kicking or banning people from the server or spamming that website thing that bans peoples ip's from being able to do certain things.

give them server groups
if someone just got promoted to a new rank and they don't have the icon for in teamspeak then i would be able to give them the rank.

kick
someone on ts is mic spamming the staff member proceeds to kick the member

Join Spacers
Teamspeak staff can join spacers and other channels that have a full limit. They could use spaceers to answer someones questions

Lock channel
You can lock channels with a password.

Delete Avatar
This is a power which may be needed, it will remove a player's avatar from their Teamspeak account for when it is unnecessary.
A user has an offensive avatar, a staff member should proceed to ban them.

Granting Talk Power
Allows one person to talk at a time
Example There are 30 people at a meeting, and they are all talking at once, TS3 staff force mute them all and only let one speak at a time


Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words). i think that i should be chosen for teamspeak staff because i am on teamspeak almost everyday and i come across quite a few disrespecter's and its annoying because nothing gets done about them and also for in meetings if someone is mic spamming

I'm not so sure about your activity on the TS server as I don't often go there, though when I come on it I always see you online on it, so that's a plus.

However, your application needs more work. Include more information about how you would deal with the example situation and the "why I should be chosen" part. There are also more commands which you can use on the TS3 server, so it's best that you inform yourself more about what will wait for you and fill the commands you learned in your application.
