Sinz has a long-standing pattern of behavior that the community - especially new players - has had to endure for years. He has consistently manipulated and misled newcomers into giving him items or help under false pretenses. This isn’t some exaggerated claim - it’s a recurring issue, backed by complaints, staff observations, and his own track record. Beyond that, his tendency to latch onto players, persistently bothering them, and harassing them into engaging with his nonsense is disruptive and off-putting to people who are just trying to enjoy the server.

When confronted with these facts, rather than reflect or take accountability, Sinz does what he’s always done: deflect, deny, and play the victim. The go-to move is claiming he’s being “harassed” anytime someone criticizes him - even when it’s legitimate, constructive, and backed by evidence. This refusal to accept criticism, paired with a bizarre sense of martyrdom, is what makes dealing with him so exhausting.

In his own words, Sinz leans on vague excuses like “it’s 2025 now,” or “you’re stuck in the past,” as if the issues people raise no longer apply. He tries to reframe his manipulative behavior as simply “asking for things,” completely ignoring the intent and the repeated negative outcomes that come from it. He claims personal growth but provides no evidence of actual change - no apologies, no adjustments, just empty talk and self-aggrandizing monologues about how he’s mentally stronger than everyone else.

At one point, he even suggests that others “wouldn’t survive what he’s been through,” which is not only irrelevant but also manipulative. Struggles, whatever they may be, are not a license to disrupt a community or make others feel uncomfortable. No amount of suffering justifies mistreating new players or refusing to grow up and take responsibility.

He also blames language barriers or AI tools for miscommunication, but again, that’s not the issue. The problem isn’t how he types - it’s what he does, and how he treats people. He’s been warned, punished, and even banned in the past, yet the same cycle continues. People don’t just magically decide to dislike someone - it’s usually a result of consistent behavior, and Sinz has had plenty of chances to do better.

That’s why the Communication Ban was issued - It was a necessary step after years of the same problems repeating themselves. The environment we’re trying to maintain here is one where new players feel welcome, staff don’t have to babysit, and regular players aren’t forced to deal with the same drama over and over again.

Regarding the vote (on this thread) - There's no solid reason for a full Community Ban - but that doesn’t mean it’s off the table. If the pattern continues, or if there’s more evidence of the same manipulative and toxic behavior, we’ll escalate accordingly.

Actions have consequences, and after seven years of pushing people away and blaming everyone else, Sinz has finally hit a wall. What happens next is entirely up to him.
