Hi Sinz after taking a look at the evidence I've decided to accept this RA.

I have checked the job rules of a hobo and it says as following:

- Can build anywhere except inside, but props on road should still allow all vehicles to get past.
- Can build a toll gate, but police can arrest for this illegal practice.

Since there was no gap for you to pass and there was no tollgate or whatsover Bunny did propblock
