Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Tell the spammer per PM (personal message) that they needs to stop. If they keep spamming after the warning, he/she'll get muted for a few minutes (max 5min) depending on the "amount of spam". Well, and if keeps spamming after that, they get muted for a longer period or/and kicked for 1h to reflect on what they did.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Abusively loud taunts: Track the sound and block it forever
Prop surfing/boosting: Send them a PM to stop
Hiden in textures: Send them a PM to move
Out of bound/map: Teleport them to a save location.
BHop Scripting: Send them a PM with a warning.
Aimbot/Aimlock/WH/ESP: Send them a PM with a warning to immeditly stop. If they not comply. They'll get switched to prop every round so that they cant abuse anybody with cheats.

I'd give everybody maximum 3 personal messages with a friendly reminder to completely stop, after that they'll get a warning. Depending on the exploit I'll record their actions + warn them again or/and kick them, to give them time to reflect on their decisions.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is a term for giving somebody's position away. Its when 2 or more players are in the same lobby but different teams, so that they can give most of the time the prop's position by telling their hunter friends the spot, prop, or saying "warm / cold" as an indicator for being close or not.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
As a gamer who mostly prefers Source Engine-based titles and has experience with Half-Life 1/2, Quake, CSS, CSGO, and Gmod. I believe that I would be a valuable addition to your moderator team since I would truly like working together to enhance the community by making the servers more enjoyable for everyone.
