What is ghosting? - were a player that is dead gives any answers for portals which buttons were pressed or any information but its only ghosting if there dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? - I would say don't disrespect staff please. and if they keep on doing it i will warn them.

Why you should chose me as a mod - You should chose me because im on mostly deathrun mostly everyday and always follow the rules and i'm polite I know all the rules and other players Im active on BOTH servers 1 and 2 and i also have friends that are mods and admins so i often play with them so with playing with them a lot i have learnt how to be a good admin or moderator I know my way around the zarp servers and im very nice and I greet new people to zarp i wish to be mod so everytime someone is breaking the rules i don't have to keep on calling an admin or mod in.

As others said above, you need to use the correct template or you will be denied at the meeting.

Parts of the app seems a bit rushed. I've seen you on the server a lot and you're polite to staff and other players. I reckon you'd make a good mod.
