Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate situation to use the ban command is when a user has more than 7 recent punishments on their rap sheet, and they are going to be issued another warning. If this is their first ban, it should be 3 days. If it is their second ban, it should be a week. If someone is Mass RDMing without prior warnings, it is a three day ban off the hop if they have no prior bans on their rapsheet.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would approach the staff member and ask them as to why they banned this individual for exploiting, and look at the evidence provided in a completely neutral view. If the ban for exploiting was valid, based on the rules in place, I would deny the ban appeal, with consolation from the Lead Team. If the evidence was not sufficient enough to warrant a ban, I would overrule the ban appeal, if I was at the rank able too, or I would refer to a LT member or a CM member to review the case further. If they were banned for exploiting and I disagreed, I would take it up with the Lead Team members themselves and ask them as to why they felt this was necessary.

Why I should be promoted:
I was staff for years on this server and I love it. I used to be a Server Owner on TTT and it was amazing. I learned a lot and I am ready to staff once again and help the server the best that I can.
