TOPIC: [SSRP] Extend the SCU "Bonus Ores Upgrade"

Suggestion Title:

Make the SCU "Bonus Ores Upgrade" be able to proc when mining for ores as a Deep Sea Diver.

How would it benefit the server:

• Slightly decreases the extreme amount of time it takes to level up the Deep Sea Diver gear.
• Slightly increases the monetary gain from selling ores directly to the diving NPC.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None as far as I can tell.

Additional notes:

Not even sure if this is implemented, but if not, would be a cool extension of the upgrade.

I think this could be good for deep sea diving, as long as it is slightly reduced for it. If it were to be added it should be only a chance of +1 ores, not 2 or 3.

Deep Sea Diving was carefully calculated to ensure that whilst it would be beneficial to users to use it for both selling ores and crafting cases, it would not be too OP or beneficial to those who would already have items/money - not applying existing upgrades like the Bonus Ores Upgrade to it was part of this decision.
