TOPIC: I did not receive the VIP

Hello, I took the VIP on the prophunt but I didn't receive it! I have disconnected the game several times and reconnected but I haven't received anything, can I get some help? Have you tried linking your forum profile to your Steam account? Preferably the one you are actually playing on!

I linked the steam after the payment, but it's not me who is paying, it's my boyfriend
