Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? OnionRings
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Mass Racism on textscreens,just came off a perm ban + Recents for racism (Community)
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP
Time - How long were you banned for? Perm
Story - What happened? I cannot remember at all as it's been a long time, but I assume I said some bad things using textscreens and that I had just came off a perm bam
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

I was just unbanned from the forums after a long time and I am sorry for what I did on the SSRP server and would like to play the server again!
