Story/Situation - What happened? Called him braindead monkey due to him getting ripped. Not once has he ever gave me a verbal punishment for staff disrespect or racism. I never intended to make racist remarks as monkey should not be seem as a racist term, its an animal and to address someone behaving silly. Braindead was a bit harsh but I would of apologised happily as I knew it was slightly to extreme but I didn't deserved to be instantly warned for i have never been punished before for being disrespectful towards staff, even preston exclaimed it was a bit harsh. I won't do it again but I feel It was too far to warn me as he instantly assumed I was making racist remarks which literally makes no sense as no other part of the sentence was in the slightest way racist or could be seen as racist. I feel like this warn was personal as he has been very angry with players for stopping him nuking and we have had light arguements in ooc then and there.

As I do maybe agree, 10 minutes was too harsh, I don't carry over my RP to my staff duties, I try to be as fair as possible.
