Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would first explain the new user the basic controls of surfing, as well as tips and tricks on more advanced situations. If they still need help, I will provide further support as much as needed.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If they were spamming, I'd ask them to stop as it's against the rules. If the user continued breaking the rules via text/mic spamming, they'd get a mute/gag.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone is using an exploit I'd direct them not to do it again and make a post under the Bug Reports thread using the confidential tags so as not to spread the exploit. I would also report the exploit to a lead team member

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I Believe i should be chosen for moderator rank because I am very friendly and helpful, also I enjoy the social interaction with others in game and tend to help them whenever they need. I already was an admin on zarp surf server and mod in prophunt so I have a lot of practice. I'm very active and some times when i'm online on Surf there isn't any staff online and if someone was breaking the rules such as mic spamming, which is hard to prove if a member of staff comes on after it has happened, nothing can really happen to the culprit. I really enjoy the Zarp community and love the people and would be delighted to be included to the surf staff team.
