milk and oven pretend to raid their gangs zonecapture just to get the reward, FBI cannot participate in defending the zonecapture so cannot collect the reward intended to be given to defenders, also oven intentionally stayed dead just for the reward.

Hey Maddox, After looking through the evidence and talking to Richard we have came to the conclusion to only warn Oven, other than this video shown he has been spectated by other staff members doing this 2+ times. On milk's part the video shows that he was trying to shoot the people and aiming at them.
