Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

I would say if you press F1 you can choose different modes that you can Bhop on. If they were new i would recommend that they use the first option because it is the best mode for new comers. I would also try to show them in much detail as i can.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

I would tell he/she to stop the mic/text spamming because it is not aloud. I would explain the consequences of these actions and if they continue i would either mute then for a while for a bit of a cool down and if they continue when un mute i would kick them from the server.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

If i saw someone exploiting i would tell them to stop this because there are defiantly not aloud. I would also explain the consequences of using exploits but if they refuse to stop i would kick them from the server

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).

The reason that i should be picked for moderator is because i have started to love playing Bhop. I enjoy playing it so much because i used to play it on CS:GO and i loved it and now i play it on Gmod i love it even more. One i started playing Bhop i could stop so this means that i will be on all the time, monitoring it and playing it as most i can can every week. So i think i would be a good moderator and good staff member to the Bhop community

Could expand more on the following:
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.Mention other commands as well, directly going for kicking is a bit abusive as there's other commands to substitute this issue.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
Chillax with the kicking.

You can ask any superadmin for your training..
