Reason - FailRP & RDM
Story - He called me a fagot and shot my car up because I did not let him get in the car. I continued to create a demote request which was accepted and he turned into a civilian. I was at the fountain and passed him and he took out a gun and shot me with it as a civi.

Only thing it shows is Citizen + Big Weapon. Nothing else. Sorry ;(

Try upload a longer clip because anything could of happened just before he shot you, there is one rule break in this video though that a citizen has a big gun. There is not enough proof for the RDM like Khaitam explained.

Thank you for putting the effort into making a ban request on LOL (OMFG--I love you), but unfortunately you do not have sufficient proof of this player RDM'ing you but he did have a heavy weapon as a citizen and as this is not bannable so I shall warn him for FailRP when I find him in-game.
