Context
He publicly gives non-factual information on a staff complaint: 'Admitting to false warning me so I do not get staff'. This is not evident anywhere in the demo, so I feel that by providing a long demo file he is intentionally attempting to make his lie more compelling - potentially in the hope that his word will be taken on the matter and the request reviewed without full evidence.

On several occasions throughout his own demo, he:
-Requests administrative assistance in the OOC channel;
-Makes libelous comments directed towards Soxey;
-Directly makes threats towards Soxey.

I am unaware as to whether the accused has done this before, but as far as I have seen - it seems to be the case (allegations of forged evidence about Morgan).

Even in this situation alone, it is clear that PieCrafted has attempted to manipulate the complaint system at ZARP; he has broken the TOU by attacking Soxey's reputation with false allegations in the process.
