Suggestion Title

How would it benefit the server

I thought it was one of the most unique weapons on the server and added a lot of diversity, being able to stick the bomb onto someone was really cool.

Potential Issues/Exploits

none

Additional notes

People called it Overpowered and I just didn't know how because the C4 took like 3 seconds to put onto someone, which anyone could cancel.
