What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when you spectate other players while dead and give other players information that they are not supposed to know.
For example if you're a runner and you're dead and tell others wich pre-triggered traps are already activated, or saying wich traps ar not activated.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
if someone would be disrespectful towards a player i would give them a warning,mute or gag them deppending on what they did, for example mic spamming, chat spamming or swearing at other players (disrespectful).
If they rejoin the server to avoid the wanring or punishment i will try to contact an admin and ask if he/she can ban the player for a while.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I think i should be choosen because i have alot of experiense from minecraft moderating, i am also an active player i play almost every day on Zarp. I know and will obey all the rules on the server. I have a short and easy name to remember if someone wants to send a report. I've seen that mostly new players on the server doesnt obey the rules so making me mod will just add another piece to your firewall.
