You were asked for the definition, not for the acronym.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
Kick them, if they repeat their offence I would eventually ban them for a period of time.

You should warn them first, and moderators can not ban.

What would you do if a player ghosts/metagames ?
Kick them and if they are repeat offenders I would ban them for a period of time.
