Suggestion Title:
Double Paycheck Upgrade

How would it benefit the server:
It would mean a new player or someone who is down bad would at least have a way to make a little cash.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Massive amounts of AFK cops

Additional notes:
It would make it easier for people to make guap and people who have them could let a new player borrow it if needed.
