What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is telling things to the runners after you died. Exposing information about the game even though it would be wrong, it's still considered as ghosting.
Example: You have 2 portals. portal #1 is the good one. Portal #2 will kill you. Jason went in portal #2 and died. Snoopeh arrives later at the trap. Jason knows what portal is the good one, cause he died in the wrong one so there is only one choise left, but Snoopeh doesn't know this. If Jason tells Snoopeh what portal is the good one or the wrong one he is ghosting and disobeying the rules.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
at first I will give him a warn and gag and/or mute him. If he still goes on disrespecting others, then I will kick him with a second warning. If he comes back, he has to obey the rules and stop ruining other people's fun otherwise he will be kicked and warned again.

I think I should be chosen because I was one of the first player on Zarp Deathrun when it just started. Thats like 1 year or so. I'm on daily and just want others to have a good time on the server so they will come back. Even though i'm only 14 years old, i'm in my opinion very mature. It annoyes me when there isn't a staff on the server, cause alot of times i see that people are gonne break the rules. That causes to ruin other peoples fun and I wanne prevent that so people will come back and be like "yeah! this server is pretty cool".

I would be glad if you mentioned (in the how you would deal with a disrespectful player) the fact that you can call a admin+ to deal with it if the person needs a ban.

Besides that you are a old player from back when i started, so ive played with you a couple times before.
You are a friendly and mature guy, and your activity is okay too.
