Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
In this scenario Player 1 has shot Player 2 for no apparent reason. Player 1 is a shop owner so they are not allowed to mug. Player 2 was not raiding his base, weapon checking, attempting to arrest, or shooting a gun at Player 1. This makes it RDM.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
"New life rule" or NLR is when you respawn after death and return to the area where you died. Such as someone raiding a base, then a player killed in said raid comes back (breaking NLR) and kills the raiders.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would go to a roof isolated from people, and then teleport both of the players to my location(after asking if it's okay). I would ask both players for their sides of the story, evidence, and I would check the logs to see if the story lines up with the logs. If one party has video evidence showing what happened I would give a warning or verbal (dependent on recents) to the player who committed the RDM, otherwise if there is no video evidence then I will dispense no punishment. I would then return both players to their original location.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
Find the player and freeze him, then proceed to warn him for mrdm. I would then watch over him to make sure that it does not happen again. If it does I will give another warn and contact an admin+ to dispense higher punishment.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
After talking to multiple HA+ I did not receive permission, a bit disappointing but no matter. First of all, I was demoted about 5 and a half weeks ago for observing doxing and not reporting it. I know, I know, everyone hears that word and then the trust is gone. I'm sorry, I will make sure that doesn't happen again. I see that there are some newer staff members on the team now, hello I hope that you can put your trust in me. I have tried my best to be active in-game and on the forums. I have still not received a warning since March of this year. I really appreciate the time you guys are taking to go over this so let me say something for the Lead Team, I know that it may be a bit rough to put your trust in me, but I'm really hoping that you all can see that it was an honest mistake, and I will never do it again. To the owners, the same message extends to you, and im sorry about the whole scenario. However I ask one thing of you staff members as you look over this application. Please look back on my previous staffing before making a decision, I think I did a pretty good job at it, (also by the time of the meeting I'll have 2 weeks of activity) I just want to prove myself as a good staff member again. All in all, I hope you all trust me enough to bring me back to the staff team.
