Fix VIP double points
How would it benefit the server:
Make it worth for people to buy VIP on pointshop servers
Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes:
At least for TTT currently the double diamonds for VIPs isn't working properly and by that I mean not at all. Not sure if it has to do with TTT or the entire point shop but it should still be fixed non the less!

Double points is working fine! When you kill a T as a non-VIP, you get 25 points, this is increased to 50 as VIP (I've just been on the server to test this, it looks like you might just be confused about the normal point values)	TheXnator Offline Former Owner "Save the tears for when we win!"
