TOPIC: [SSRP] Impersonation Rule

Suggestion Title: Impersonating users new rule.

How would it benefit the server: Less people reporting other people for impersonating them and then it getting instantly closed even though the other user is in the wrong because he's loopholing the rule. Other user can finally be rightfully punished!.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: You wanted there to be a way to directly see someone impersonating another. Eg. name is a replica of someone elses. Or they physgun/interact with the other player there allegedly impersonating or admit to it ingame or in a sit. they can be punished. Lenny has been doing this recently he's loopholing it. If the alleged user has a replica name as I said before of the victim or they admit to it, it should be punishable.
