Suggestion Title: Remove the ability for a report to be closed while a chat is open! How would it benefit the server: If a staff member's wifi says BYE BYE and another staff member closes a report they had open but does NOT close the chat. The chat is still there allowing the 2 members to freely ghost if they wanted. The chat cannot be closed and will always exist until both of the players leave or the staff member returns. Potential Issues/Exploits: I won't be able to ghost with Jimmy Additional notes: |

Can't the staff member just join the chat and close it himself before finishing it? And he should just continue handling it instead of leaving it alone. And ghosting wise: people can always ghost if they want to, by just using steam, ts, disc etc. . There is nothing we can do against that, other than punishing them if we catch them

Its not really an issue that is encountered enough to warrant implementing a change to the system. The staff should close the chat before finishing the report and make sure their reports have been completed before leaving the server.
If you are found ghosting with the chat system then you will be punished the same as you would when you ghost in any other way. I dont think there needs to be a change, the staff should have just paid more attention to the report before leaving/finishing |

All this did was the exact opposite of why you made the suggestion.

As others have already said this is such a rare occasion that in my 5 years of playing I've literally only seen it once, it being today. There was also a workaround (that being a staff member forcing himself to join the chat and closing it before ending the report) so it's not really that big of an issue.
