The daily objectives are already planned to be split in a future update to where they will become server specific to make it more fair for players who only want to do surf/bhop/ttt/ph/dr objectives on the server they actively play on.

For the earrape taunts you can always turn down your game sound or make a stop sound bind to stop the taunts. If hunters are doing it to annoy you, you can always mute hunter taunts in the F1>Settings menu.
