Suggestion Title: Allow moderators to ban people
How would it benefit the server: For example, there's someone mass rdming or simply breaking the rules, you are a moderator in this situation can't do anything but make a punishment report on the reported player.
Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A
Additional notes: allow moderators to ban players for a limited time for example mods can only do 16 hours bans something like that.

I would agree with you, Pablo; that Moderators should have the ability to ban players. But since there isn't a lower rank than Moderator, I have to agree with Neilsen.

Mods already have commands to stop rule-breakers as is, IE kicking/slaying, at least on TTT. Mods can always @ admin+'s for bans in their server discord and one would get on 9/10.

It is this way to prevent abuse of newer people. Any sort of barrier to entry is enough to discourage a lot of people.
