In your first clip, you've not at all shown the full situation and have only shown the part where you're already frozen, prior to which Mix3rz has informed me that you were being disrespectful towards him after Nerve was warned for RDM, so there was valid reason for you to be frozen there as well (unless you have a longer recording which shows this to not have been the case).

In your second clip, you didn't need to start shouting at Mix3rz - it probably would've been helpful if the clip had included sound of what Mix3rz was saying, and whilst you could technically argue that Mix3rz was in Spawn and the rule does state that you can't "spawn camp", I've reminded him of the mutant-hobo war and that this situation wouldn't really be classed as spawn camping unless he had just spawned in. I don't see any need for further action in this situation.
