Suggestion Title: Make printer boosters holsterable as long as they are unused

How would it benefit the server: No more people stuck with printer boosters trina find a printer they can use it on because of a mistake

Potential Issues/Exploits: none i can think about

Additional notes:

I think printer boosters should be holsterable as long as they are unused

This was how it was before, but it was made to be un-holsterable because players could use them on a printer and holster bind at the same time to get the printer booster back in the inventory while it boosted the printer it clicked. maybe if they get used it turns into a used printer booster or somethin, that would stop the holster exploit.
