Suggestion Title:
Disable Lotto and event notifications

How would it benefit the server:
You should have the ability to diable the lotto & event notifications in the settings tab; F4 > action > settings

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None

Additional notes:
Omega fucking raging when i don't pay attention and accidently enter lottos when i just want to access my admin menu to handle f1's
