Story -
Well a group of people made a gang called Isis, They were told to change it so they changed to I$i$ which still spells isis. This is disrespectful to many users on the server. They also made a cage and put down a sign saying "ISIS prisoner ready to be burnt"

I tried to get them to change the name but like you said they just change I$I$

They were saying that it should be allowed because it is RP and they were RPing as ISIS. I told them it wasn't allowed. But then he said he couldn't change it because it hadn't been 30mins since he last changed it. After them 30mins he still didnt change the name and I dont know what happened from there.

I recognize one of the players on your report, "Tony Boyle". Tony was kicked twice yesterday, with well over 7+ warnings, I had to make 2 F1's about him, both he was punished for with a 3rd warning. I believe this player needs a more serious punishment this time, as he doesn't seem to get the point about reading up on the rules, or being kind in general.
