Suggestion Title:
buff the tec 9 and jackhammer
How would it benefit the server:
people will actually want to level up to lvl 33 people usually become bored and less motivated to play between level 27-37 because all the unlocks are useless and it makes levelling up boring
Potential Issues/Exploits:

specific changes
tec 9-
damage
body shot- 17 to 23
leg and arm shot 9 to 12
head shot damage 27 to 36 to make it a 3 shot kill when aiming for head
rate of fire
change it to semi automatic (like the csgo one)
make it so it is spammable to a max of around 3.5 shots per second but make it more inaccurate the more you spam it
ammo capacity
decrease to 10 as its semi auto
other
make it more accurate but as mentioned previously decrease the accuracy the more it is spammed
jackhammer
damage
headshot damage increase from 30 to 42
body shot damage increased from 32
leg shot increase to 21
rate of fire
increase from around 2.3 shots per second to 2.9
ammo capacity
from 10 to 8
i realise this is a pretty major buff to it, but atm its beyond trash and even the remington and mossberg can kill it 9 out of 10 times

if you used these weapons in there current state youd understand how it either takes 4 entire seconds someone or an entire mag in the case of the tec 9
also the rework i suggested for the tec9 is reasonable imo as it will take 3 shots to the head which is usually hard to hit unless they are standing still meanwhile the g3 can 2 shot to the head from huge distances

true, bit of an exaggeration to say lots people quit but ive noticed the majority of people who stop playing are either over the point of p2 where there are no weapons to unlock or in the space mentioned because gunplay is still a big part of the mode

There is a misconception here , i dont care how good or bad UNLOCK ABLE guns are what matters is how good are they compared to ground weapons and right now i only see 2 or 3 better where all should be WORTHY of selecting . Jackhammer aint too bad, but no one really uses it.
The tec 9 is the worst weapon atm. You can barely get one kill at mid range with it running out of ammo cus of its 12 round capacity. It used to be the best gun (too OP) now its the worst. I think an increase in ammo capacity to 20 rounds or making it slightly more accurate would be a decent buff imo. It would encourage more people to use it while not being too OP

from my expierence the jackhammer has been pretty bad mainly because of the slow fire rate compared to the damage but ye I haven’t really used it that much. I agree with what u said about the tech 9 tho it definitely needs a slight buff to accuracy and capacity or something like my suggestion so it doesn’t melt away ammo quickly
