Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Ive been a Moderator for over 2 weeks and i feel that i have shown that i can deal with F1's properly and i have done a large amount of them, I have been active on the server a lot recently and have contributed to the community by helping users with their problems.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

The main obstacle i have very often is when players are mass rule breaking and as soon as i tp them they leave and when there is no admin available there is nothing i can do but try and ask an admin to come on and ban them.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello, congratulations on becoming a moderator, Today i will be helping you get to grips with the tools used to moderate the server.

First I will show you the commands and how to use them, Just type these in chat to use them.

/tp - This command is the teleport command. It will teleport you to wherever you are looking. You can also use it to teleport a player where you are looking by doing /teleport <players name>

/bring <players name> - This command will bring a player to your location.

/goto <players name> - This command will teleport you to the players location.

/back <players name> - This command command will teleport the player back to their previous location.

/freeze <players name> - This command will freeze the player, stopping them from moving.

/slay <players name> - This command will kill the player.

/warn - Use this command to warn players, Use it by typing /warn <players steam id> <reason>.
It is best to get their steam id from the tab menu, so that u dont warn somebody with a similar name.

/kick - This command will kick the player from the server only use this if there is no other option.
Like prop spamming and refusing to remove it.

Unban from job - You can unban a player from a job if they have been randomly demoted, You can find this in the tab menu.

You can find all of these commands except warn in the tab menu by clicking on a players name.

Next I will go through the F1 menu.

If you press F1, It will bring up a menu showing all of the submitted F1s, you can right click on an F1 to handle it, Once you have done that you can goto the player or bring them to you, You can also mark the F1 as spam. Once you have dealt with the F1 make sure to go the F1 menu and mark it as finished.

In the F1 menu you can also check warnings and see the logs. The logs show you lots of things useful to you when dealing with an F1, You can see players deaths and who killed them, when they change jobs, Hits completed, etc.

You also have the F6 menu where you can see all of a players warnings by typing in their steam id.

You also have the Keypad check this can be used to see what a keypad connect to and if it is above the required minimum of 4 seconds hold time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would make sure they regret what they did and then i would discuss it with another staff member and decide what to reduce the ban time to.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel that I should be promoted because i spend a considerable amount of time on the server and feel that I have done my job well and I would like to become an Admin so I can be able to keep players abiding by the rules, and punish players who refuse to properly, which cannot always be done as a moderator because banning is not available to moderators, I am a mature person and want to keep helping this server improve.

Sam is a great guy who always comes on sever 1 and sever 2 also he always comes on zarp team speak and chats with people on there and he is a very friendly person to hang around with.

I know you sam, you're a great guy that is friendly and in that matter would easily get an admin rank.
However when i'm online i rarely see you do an F1. Which is your main priority of being an admin/mod
It could just be me, that you do them when i'm not online.
The app is amazing, loads of effort in it.
