Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is where a player kills another player for fun/no reason. Example - Player X kills player B for walking down the street and player B files an f1. Than a moderator and or an admin can talk with the players and find out what happens and gives player X a warning for RDM.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The 'New Life Rule' is when a player has to wait to kill the player that has killed you.
Example - Player A kills player B. When player B spawns, he has to wait for his NLR time to be over before he can kill player A again.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
MetaGaming is where you Role Play. Example - You call backup for raiding the bank and or calling for backup for your base being raided.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would handle this situation by bring both players together on a roof and getting both sides of their story. after deciding what happened, I would give player Y a warning for RDMing player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would handle this situation by saying that player Y broke NLR because they are pretty close together so player Y did break NLR and I would give player Y a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would handle this situation by saying it is allowed because if there is not a building sign outside, the bank can be raided, if their is a building sign, it can not be raided.

My real name is Conner but I go by Cedar for my internet name. I have been moderators on different Minecraft servers and on different GMod servers. I have been an admin on two Minecraft servers but I don't play Minecraft anymore. I love the ZarpGaming Role Play server and I love helping other people and getting the sever in the right conditions. I also make shore players play fair and follow the rules. I play on the server all day and I stay on till about 2:00pm US Eastern Time. I love role playing on GMod and I like becoming an admin to make servers under control. That's why I think I should be chosen.

When i played with this guy yesterday he was disrespectful and he broke a lot of the rules.and also your game hours are low

Too new, recently started playing a couple of days ago.
Only seen on server 1 with 11 hours of gametime.
No gametime server 2.

I'll be reviewing your app and i will point out some things that you need to improve/fix , and some things thats good about you/your app

• Bold the questions , if you don't know how , just press the edit button , then highlight the questions , then press the B Button in the boardcode
• you haven't played for 3-4 days , i suggest getting your activity up by killing people or even dying in-game
• it seems like you have recent warnings , thats a bad thing for someone who's applying
• Your explanation for NLR is incorrect , i suggest learning what it really means , + the player can't kill the other player unless he's raiding them , other than that it would be Revenge RDM
• Your explanation for Metagaming is incorrect , its not when you roleplay , i suggest learning what it means[/li[
  
• as for the how would you handle this situation for NLR , you need to ask them for proof or such , it might be that they met in another district and the guy might be mugging him or such , you don't just warn them right away just because they are close to each other
