I am currently learning to speak Spanish but I am not fluent so yeah. If you couldn't tell i also speak English.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
"Random Death Match" is mainly referred as "RDM" and this is when a player were to kill another player with no roleplay valid reason. For example player 'a' is a hitman and player 'b' is a citizen walking and 'a' kills 'b' because he wanted to.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
"New Life Rule" is mainly referred as "NLR" and this is when someone dies in a district and then dosent wait the "NLR" timer to go back there. For example player 'a' dies in the rich district and then before the timer is up he goes backs there.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tp to them ask if they can tp'd to a F1 sit then tp them to a roof. I would ask both of them their story if they are both different i would ask for proof of it being RDM. If no proof is shown i would ask them both to record in the future and then tp them back. If there is proof i would punish the rule breaker in the necessary way or if they are truly sorry and it was an accident i would verbally warn them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask them both if they could be tp'd to a F1 sit then ask them both of their story's. If they are different then i would ask if anyone was recording or have any other type of evidence. Then i would investigate the evidence if it shows either of them breaking NLR i would then take action by either verbally warning them if they didn't realize NLR on this server is by district as this server is different to others but if they have been warned for NLR before i would then punish them as necessary.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).I believe I would be a good addition to the server once again, as former super admin I am able to handle pressure well and able to sea with difficult situations. I am now familiar with new additions to rules since I was last staff hence me applying for mod and not asking for admin. I am now in the mind set of helping the server gain a good reputation for staff once again.

I understand people may think that I minge around however I only do this with friends. I am ready to prove myself once again
